I think the flow chart layout is genius and SO much easier to understand. When I try to follow procedures with lots of measurements and different units in paragraph form, I often lose my place and get confused. This format seems to solve a lot of those issues.
Also, this website explains some of the chemical properties of the ingredients thereby improving your understanding of food and increasing overall cooking capabilities. Highly recommend this resource for anyone desiring to bake but too intimidated to try :)
